Q:  If you could have dinner with your favorite book character, who would you eat with and what would you serve?
Let's try a different answer tonight, and go with the Dauntless group from Divergent. I would say mainly Tris and Four, but sitting with their friends wouldn't be bad either. As for what I would serve how about nachos. I'm a simple kinda girl. :)

What superhero is your alter-ego?
Hum, this is a hard question because I don't really know of to many superheroes. Am I suppose to make one up, or pick one. I don't know. How about Storm? One minute she can be nice, and the next minute she goes all stormy. lol. That make sense? I'll have to think more about this.

If you could have characters from a particular book meet and form an epic storyline with characters from a particular TV series, which would you choose and why?
This is actually a hard question for me because I can't use my usual answer. I mean I guess I could, but I wouldn't want to pair Rose up with anyone. So I would say The Gallagher Girls and maybe one of the CSI shows or Without a Trace (even though I think that show has been canceled). That would be interesting to see teen spies work with the crime labs. I mean could you see Hortaio (I think that how you spell his name) trying to work with teen girls, or even the NCSI crew.

Q. If you could pick one character in a book, movie or television show to swap places with, who would it be?

Lol, I should just see if y'all can answer for me. Just to see how well people pay attention to my posts. :) I'm not even going to say who comes to my mind first instead, I'll go with a new one. If you can guess my first choice maybe I'll send you a book I'll even make it international and buy it on Book Depository if need be. So for my new answer I would say any of the girls from The Gallagher Girl Series. If you haven't heard of them There are 4 books so far with the 5th coming out next year I believe. They are hilarious. It's a series about an all girl boarding school that actually a spy school. I want to be a spy.

For a movie I would say maybe Luna from Harry Potter. I think she's one of my favorite characters from HP just because she's a little odd.

TV: I would go with any of the The charmed ones. I mean all their powers are pretty awesome. I would even go with Rory from the Gilmore Girls. It's be nice to grow up in a small town like she did, and have a mom like hers. Her choice of boys weren't so bad either: Jess (Milo V), Dean (Jared P), and Logan (Matt C.). Three guys who I still love to watch on other shows.

QUESTION TO COME!

Follow Friday hosted by Alison and Parajunkee

Do you have a favorite series that you read over and over again? Tell us a bit about it and why you keep on revisiting it?
I don't know why I'm even going to answer this. Most of you know by now that anything relating to my favorite series I'll usually answer with...wait for it... wait for it...Vampire Academy. I think I've read it 4 or 5 times. Yeah, that sounds about right. That's before I had such a huge TBR pile though. Sometimes I do want to go back and just read the. You can never get enough Rose kicking butt, Dimitri just being swoony, and Adrians sarcastic attitude. Although, I just finished reading Vegas Dazzle, and I have to say I might just be re-reading this one a couple times now. :)

What's been going on here!
You probably noticed (or not) that a changed the way it looks a bit. I'm trying to decide if I like things Ion both sides or just one side. Oh, I'm gonna go see a movie Saturday, and my friend told me to pick out of Abduction w Taylor Lautner, Moneyball w/Brad Pitt, or Dolphin Tale which should I say I want to see?

Books Read:
Vegas Dazzle by Pam Langsam (finished review to come)
Gypsy Knights (reading on Kindle)
After Obsession (will be reading soon)

As a book blogger, how do you introduce yourself in your profile?

I can't even remember what I have on my profile, and I'm to lazy to look. I think it has something to do with what books really got me started on reading. Some goofy little saying I came up with.

It's that pesky magic book fairy again! She has another wish: What imaginary book world would you like to make a reality?

Ya know I feel like I've answered this a billion times, and you would think after so many times that, maybe my answer would change, but to be honest it never does. I think I would like The Vampire Academy. Yes, I get if you have that world then you'll have the Strigoi, but you get awesome Guardians like Rose and Dimitri, and Eddie (I gotta give Eddie props because of Bloodlines). Not only them, but you have the Alchemist which I know they don't like the vampires or the Dhampirs because they're un-natural, but they have some pretty cool stuff.

“What are you most looking forward to this fall/autumn season – A particular book release? Halloween? The leaves changing color? Cooler temperatures? A vacation? (If your next season is other than fall/autumn, tell us about it and what you are most looking forward to in your part of the world!)”
Cooler weather most definitely. I'm beyond tired of having 105 degree weather everyday. So why do I continue to live in Texas? Because it's home. :) I'm not to big on Halloween I enjoy taking my nieces out trick or treating, but that's usually about it. I'll try and throw together some costume just because it's fun to play dress up. My friend is trying to get me to come up with a costume and go to parties with her, and I'm like if you want to throw a costume together then I'll go.  What she picked out for me. A zombie. No lie. I actually think that would be  interesting. As for what books I'm going to go with The Unbecoming of Mara Dyer and Shattered Souls.

If you could change the ending of any book (or series), which book would you choose? Why and to what?

This is going to be a spoiler fest so try to write the title of the book as a dominant feature - and warn people about spoilers.

I haven't read an enormous amount of books that I think need to be changed or would have liked to be changed. Then again I haven't finished a lot of the series I have started like Shiver, THG, Evernight, and so on you get the picture. The main ones I have finished I was content with the endings. I mean sure Twilight could have ended  differently. I would have actually preferred her to go with Jacob, but whatever.
VAMPIRE ACADEMY SPOILERY-
Now I loved the way these books ended I wanted Rose to be happy with Dimitri, and be Lissa's gaurdian so I got my way on that, however I really did feel bad for Adrian I loved him and his snarky comments and attitude, and I wanted the best for him. I would have liked to known that he was going to find someone. Not be some bitter, sad Adrian. I guess that's what Bloodlines is for huh? By the way loved it finished it today.

HARRY POTTER
You know I loved this series just as much as anyone, but to make them just grow up and have kids after being with them for what 7 years. I was a little disappointed. I suck at rational reasons as to why I didn't like the endings, but oh well.

Q. In books like the Sookie Stackhouse (True Blood) series the paranormal creature in question "comes out of the closet" and makes itself known to the world. Which mythical creature do you wish would come out of the closet, for real?

Do witches count? Like the ones on Charmed the tv show. I'm re-watching it for like the 4th time, and I think it would be awesome to have some of the powers they have. The astral Projection, freeze and blow things up, and orbing. If not witches, I would say werewolves like Sam in The Wolves of mercy falls series. Maybe mermaids. I don't know. I know boring answer.

“What’s the LONGEST book you’ve ever read?”
(Note: I’m putting one caveat on this question. You aren’t allowed to say the Bible, Torah, Qur’an, or other religious/spiritual text.)
Oh, wow you know I never thought I would be able to finish books longer then say 4oo pages, but I actually have I read Nevermore which is about 550, Last Sacrifice which is 594, Beautiful Creatures which is 564. Oh the Nightworld Volumes 1,2, and 3 which are about 7oo or so pages so yeah.

If you could write yourself a part in a book, what book would it be and what role would you play in that book?

As much as I want to say I'd love to be a part of VA. I'm going to change it up a little and say a Spy like the girls in the Gallagher Girls series. I mean how awesome would that be to live in a spy school, learn spy tricks, use the gadgets, and be able to speak all the languages they can. Not to mention have some of the coolest friends. I guess the whole idea of a boarding school is interesting to me as well. I never was able to live in a dorm or anything like that so my experience on that is minimal

I don't see any that are on my shelf really so I went through google and I did find this site Funny Book Titles You have to read the title and then the author to understand. :) I did look for some other titles.

1.) Another Bullshit Night in Suck City by Nick Flynn (So I'm guessing this person is a pessimist?)
2.) If You Want Closure in Your Relationship, Start with Your Legs. (I saw this and I just about died out laughing.)

How has your reading habits changed since you were a teen? or If you are still a teen what new genres are you in love with currently?

I honestly didn't start reading and loving it until like a year or two ago. I did however read occasionally before that. I'd pick up books I thought sounded interesting and would read when ever I had time, or had the urge.  When I was in elementary and middle school I read the American girl books. Samantha, Felicity, Kristen, and a few others I had all the sets to them. Now I kind of wish I'd kept those. I also collected the babysitter club books. My closet shelf was lined with them.

WHAT HAVE I BEEN UP TO LATELY?
Go check some of them out. :)
Discussion: Why I like YA.
Writing: Reed Castle POV
Book Review: Through Her Eyes

I'm currently working on other reviews. I'm beyond slow at the moment. I'm in a review funk. I have Human .4, Dash and Lilys books of dares, Solid, Reborn, Gateway, and Drowning in the dark, and a few others from a while ago I need to do. So I'm going to make my goal this weekend to write those. Can I do it? I hope so.

Oh and I'm 15 away from 300 followers. That would make for an awesome giveaway with my other Vegas Dazzle book perhaps? Keep that in mind everyone. Don't forget My Giveaway for Starcrossed: Perigee by Tracey Campbell an E-book. It was suppose to be over in July, but I thought I could get some more entries. So if you haven't already go check it out. I think next Friday will be the end for sure. :)

What is the one ARC you would love to get your hands on right now?
I would have to say Bloodlines for sure. I know it comes out this month, but I'm dying to read it now. If I had to choose one that would be awhile though probably Wings of the wicked (the second book in the angelfire series) by Courtney Allison Moulton. I'm reading Angelfire now, and enjoying it very much.

Talk about the book that most changed or influenced your life (was it a book that turned you from an average to avid reader, did it help you deal with a particularly difficult situation, does it bring you comfort every time you read it?).
I can't think of one book that has changed my life or influenced in any way. I do know that some of the first books I picked up, and decided I would try and read were Mary Higgins Clark. I read Daddy's little girl, Where are the children, and a few others that she wrote. Then my friend told me I should read The Deep End of the Ocean by Jacquelyn (I may have spelt her first name wrong) Mitchard. It's about a little boy who was kidnapped, and returned to his family after 9 years I think. It was really heartfelt, and to see the struggles that the family went through. It was definitely a good book (very thick too).It was also made into a movie.
What got me into YA though is Twilight. That's one thing I can't deny is Twilight opened my eyes to others. I read Harry Potter before, but it's not what got me into it. Although I'm not totally obsessed with Twilight, and there are better books. I don't hate it.

Name 3 authors that you would love to sit down and spend an hour or a meal with just talking about either their books or get advice on writing from?
Oh my gosh! There are tons of authors I would love to sit down with and talk with. I think we would all probably agree to that. If I have to choose just 3 though first would be Richelle Mead, author of the Va series, to see where she came up with the ideas and just a whole bunch of other things. :) Second would be Kiersten White, Author of Paranormalcy, I love reading her blog and book. She's always has something funny to say on her blog. I laugh everytime I visit her site. Her writing is so light and fluffy to me yet it can have those moments. Third would be Karsten Knight, Author of Wildefire, he just seems like an awesome person to talk to and he makes me laugh with the vlogs he does on his site. What can I say? I lvoe people who can make me laugh

Okay so I don't know what the hell is going on with my follow thing, but it won't let me follow anyone. or I would. Anyone have any ideas why it won't let me? Is there a certain number you can follow?

I'm not sure I have a favorite fairytale. I do remember growing up I had alot of the little cartoon fairytales movies like hansel and gretel and some others I can't remember. Dang tht's going to bug me now.

I've actually only read one fairy book. *hangs head in shame* and that is wings by aprilynne pike. I do however have all the iron fey books (I need to read) the need series, the wicked lovely series, and I know there's some more. So it's not like I don't have them to read I just haven't gotten around to them. I should probably try and read those. Which series of those should I read first?

Q. Genre Wars! What's your favorite genre and which book in that genre made it your favorite?

Ya paranormal. Shocked? I try and read different generes, but that is always the one that pulls me back. I can only handle contemporary so much. Then I get bored with it so I go back to my Paranormals. I'm a flip flopper for sure. :) I don't think there is really one particular book that made me like it. I just love the un-reality of it.

WHAT'S GOING ON AROUND HERE?
I haven't done to much I know. :( I will have an interview with Tracey Campbell, author of Starcrossed: Perigee up sometime. I'm excited about it.

The magic book fairy pops out of your cereal box and says "you and your favorite character (from a book of course) can switch places!" Who are you going to switch with?
Rose from Vampire academy definitely. I feel like a broken record, but seriously she has awesome friends. Her best friend is a queen, her boyfriend is a hot russian guy, she could kick pretty much anyones butt. :)

“Who is the ONE author that you are DYING to meet?
I don't think that there is any one particular author I would like to meet. All the ones that I've read their books would be awesome. If I had to say though Karsten Knight, Leah Clifford, Alyson Noel, and so many more. :)
Some I've already met Richelle Mead, Rachel Caine, Tera Lynn Childs, Tracey Deebs, Jennifer Archer. All but Richelle Mead I got pictures with which is awesome.
