Q. In light of the Summer Solstice. Also known as Midsummer...let's talk about fairies. What is your favorite fairy tale or story that revolves around the fae?
I'm not sure I have a favorite fairytale. I do remember growing up I had alot of the little cartoon fairytales movies like hansel and gretel and some others I can't remember. Dang tht's going to bug me now.
I've actually only read one fairy book. *hangs head in shame* and that is wings by aprilynne pike. I do however have all the iron fey books (I need to read) the need series, the wicked lovely series, and I know there's some more. So it's not like I don't have them to read I just haven't gotten around to them. I should probably try and read those. Which series of those should I read first?
Great choice! There are so many stories to choose from; this was quite the difficult question for me. I'd love if you checked out what I picked for this FF :D

Hi & Happy Friday.
ReplyDeleteI haven't read the books you mentioned, the Fever series is awesome if you are after recommendations - my all time favorite.

Have a nice weekend :)
I would say to read The Fever Series if you are just jumping into the Fae. KMM really developed that world and its impressive. The female lead is not just outright awesome, she develops and evolves and makes real mistakes. It isn't just like 'Oh, I know the answers and I'm gonna make the right choice every time.' Mac is hopelessly flawed and that's why I LOVE HER! And not to mention Jericho Z Barrons, he will ruin you for ever other male lead in a book series lol
ReplyDeleteNew Follower!
The Iron fey series seems to be popular today! I haven't really read any fae books yet but I do intend to read the Iron Fey series at some point.
ReplyDeleteI absolutely love the title of your blog! :D
I'm a new follower.
