Blog Hop hosted by Crazy For Books
Before I knew what YA was I read a lot of I guess Adult mysteries. Mainly Mary Higgins Clark, and books around that type of writing. I still have tons of those type books, but right now they're all boxed up. So if I could no longer read YA I would probably go back to those. :)
Have you ever wanted a villain to win at the end of a story? If so, which one??
This is just an easy way to get out of this question, but I really don't think there are any books where I would have wanted the villain to come out on top. I'm so attached to my heroines/heroes that I'm glad they win. I will keep thinking though of some. Now if it was a movie I could probably think of a few. I liked The Joker in Batman. :)
The Joker... if it is Heath Ledger!!!
ReplyDeleteI say yes but I can't think of any off the top of my head. Even after some time to ponder. Huh! I think we both are trying to get out of the question.

Ash, I've never liked the joker for some reason. Too close to a clown I think and there's nothing scarier than a clown!!

The Joker in Batman WAS fantastic (though I'd still be kind of freaked out if he won)!
ReplyDeleteHope you have a great weekend!
It is such a hard question! But, there are some villians who just seem to be better at being good than bad, you know?
ReplyDeleteThanks for the follow, and I'm now following back :)
Oh yeah the Joker is probably one of the greatest villains ever created, great choice! Although I dunno if I'd want him to win, I just love Batman way too much!
ReplyDeleteThanks for the follow, following back.
Jokeeer!
ReplyDeleteBut you know, The Joker is the kind of villian that won the audience over the second he came on screen, so technically, he has never lost!
At least, with the fans anyway. I'm a huge DC geek, and every fan I've known till now has LOVED the joker ;D
Thank you for your follow! Hopping over and following back! <3
Don't kill me, but I haven't seen any Batman yet! Need to catch up. But we're the same, as far as books go. ;D
ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping by my blog. :) I know what you mean! I love my heroes too!
