Covers Revealed: High on Y...A that is!

Guess what time it is? That's right I've collected more awesome book covers that have been revealed in the past month or two (maybe 3 I can never remember) Sorry if you've already seen them, but I like to do a post with more then just one that way we can love them all at once. :)

To learn what series they belong to just hover over the picture. :) Along with that I added my own little thoughts. I can be clever when I want. :)

I hope in doing this I'm able to bring you some covers you may have not seen.

What did you all think of these covers? I just noticed that almost all these have a similar color theme to them (except for dreamless) I have to admit I love pretty much everyone of them. I'm glad that most of them also stick with the original book cover look (they look similar to their first and second books)

  1. I think of all these covers, the only one that grabs me is Surrender. I might be getting immune to the usual YA cover with a girl in a dress on it. The market is just saturated with these covers right now even though they are still beautiful. I think that's why the cover of divergent really stood out for me.

  2. I agree, almost every cover that comes out is like that. while I get sick of seeing them it's just something about them that makes me like them. Some of them really do have a purpose though for the girl to be on the front and all. I'm probably only saying this now because I'm reading Anna, and the cover completely goes with the book.

  3. That is actually so very true! now that i think about it every YA book that came out or is coming out has a cover of a girl in a dress! I really like the cover for endlessly though!

  4. Oh man, these covers are GORGEOUS. I'm already enraptured (*smirk*, sorry, couldn't resist) with the cover for Rapture, but it's the first I've seen of Endlessly, which is seriously pretty.

You have a really good point, though. So many of these look the same, and they're not the only 2012 releases that look identical. We're going to end up with whole YA sections of bookstores where you can't tell anything apart!

The flowy dress thing seems to be a trend in a MAJOR way at the moment, too...
