International Kissing Club Blog Tour: Stop #32

Around the World in 80 Kisses Smooch Stop #32

Books I Must Read in 2012

In no particular order (because I must have them all):

Tempest Unleashed by Tracy Deebs  - Now I know I’m totally biased here, since she’s one of my writing partners but I must have this book because I have to know whether mermaid Tempest chooses sexy selkie, Kona, or awesome ex-boyfriend, Mark.
Go Team Mark!!

Second Chance Summer by Morgan Matson - Reunion between former loves is one of my favorite tropes, so when you have summer at the beach and a rekindled first love, I’m there.

The Fine Art of Truth or Dare by Melissa Jensen - This one sounds cute and flirty and right up my alley.

Masque of the Red Death by Bethany Griffin - Y’all, I love Edgar Allan Poe. So, when I first heard about this book, I knew I had to read it. Plus, the cover is beautiful.

Burn for Burn by Jenny Han and Siobhan Vivian - Since I read her Summer series, Jenny Han will be on my automatic buy list forever!

My Life Next Door by Huntley Fitzpatrick - I know I’m not supposed to pick a book based on the cover alone, but this one is just so cute and romantic I can’t help myself.

The Farm by Emily McKay - Vampires, that are scary. I so miss that. Plus, she’s another one of my writing partners so I know it’s going to be crazy good!

The International Kissing Club by Ivy Adams is the story of four best friends: Piper, Cassidy, Mei, and Izzy--the misfits of Paris, Texas. Their whole lives, they’ve dreamed of escaping small-town life and seeing the world. So when Piper is the victim of an embarrassing prank that goes viral online, she gets the idea that the girls should escape via the school’s international exchange program, in search of fun, love and internet redemption.

Emily McKay, Shellee Roberts and Tracy Deebs write under the pseudonym Ivy Adams. They shop, gossip and watch movies in Austin, Texas.

  2. The first book I'm going to read that comes out in 2012 is Incarnate! But the first book of the year will probably be one of the Morganville Vampire books since I am almost finished with the book I'm reading now :)

  4. I have NO IDEA what the first book I'll read in 2012 is. I have a rather large pile of library books to sort thru, so it will at least be one of those.

Thanks for the opportunity to win The International Kissing Club!

  7. As much as I would love to say IKC, I have two books I need to read:

    1) Surfacing - Margaret Atwood, for a research paper, and
    2) The Ten Most Beautiful Experiments by someone...physics report. Ugh.
