Top Ten Tuesday #2 (Villians and evilness)

Top Ten Tuesday is an original feature/weekly meme created at The Broke and the Bookish. This meme was created because we are particularly fond of lists here at The Broke and the Bookish. We'd love to share our lists with other bookish folks and would LOVE to see your top ten lists!
So this weeks list is the Evilies in books and what not.

I'm going to try and get 10,  but I might not make it.  Also,  some may be from the same Series. (You'll learn that I'm a VA Supporter all the way.)

In no particular order:

1. Queen of Hearts- Alice in Wonderland: She just gives me the creeps. Does that count?

2. Roman- The Immortal Series by Alyson Noel: He just pisses me off. I mean he seems like he would be okay at first but then he switches. He takes away the one thing that means everything to Ever. Then later he takes away something else. I mean seriously what's with hot guys being evil. :(

3. Victor Dashkov- VA series by Richelle Mead: Umm the whole trying to use Lissa and take over. I feel like I can't say too much about him without give away everything. Unless I already did. Whoops.

4. Strigoi- The dead mean Vampires in the Va Series: I don't think I need to say why l think their evil. They killed some good people, and/or turned them.

5. The Grinch- Who doesn't like Christmas?

6. Nefert- The high priestess in the HoN Series- She acts like she's a friend to Zoey in the first few books, but we know the truth.

7.  Kalona- Fallen angel from HoN Series: He tries to get Zoey to go bad I guess you could say.

8.The Silver Bloods- Bad Vampires in the Blue Blood Series by Melissa De La Cruz: Do I have to explain on this one? They're vampires and they're evil. Enough said.

9. The Joker- I think he was my favorite villian in the batman movies. I use to have sheets with him on them. :)

10. Voldemort- I have to agree with them on this one. Although I thought about the Volturi, but I'm going to stick with the evil wizard who tried to kill our Harry.

What do you know I actually made it to ten. Yea me !
So What villians do you think make the list?

  1. Hahaha, you and your VA series :P And I totally love how you added the Grinch! Thinking back to your post (last week?) where you mentioned the Scrooge - I don't think the Grinch stood a chance with a name like that. We should rename him. Maybe the Smirk. Or, maybe the Happy. OK obviously I need time to think about it more...

  3. The Queen of Hearts was on my list as well, The Grinch was my brother's favourite villain when we were children. Someone who wanted to take away Christmas? Horror of horrors!

  5. Nice list! This is the second time I've seen the Red Queen on someone's top ten. Wish I'd thought of her when I made mine! The Joker and Voldemort made mine. You can check out my top ten here.

  6. I really like your painting at the top of your blog. Just lovely.

And I'm with you 100% on the Grinch. He's my favorite baddie.

  7. Hey there, AngelicNytmare,

*grins* First, I'm glad you liked my list! Like yours too. Great picks. *high fives* Yes, Kalona's the man! And I just absolute, 100% Mimi. She's my favorite character in BB. Yessir, I've read Misguided Angel. Bought the book, squealed fangirlishly, then sat down and read it all the way through.

    I reviewed it (here), in case you wanna see. (;

And as for Roman..well, he just doesn't hold the same appeal for me. Especially after what he did in book three. I refuse to acknowledge his existence (that's probably why I haven't got to Dark Flame yet...o_o). Thanks for sharing and thanks for the comment back @ le blog. Much appreciated!

  9. Glad to see we agree on the Queen of Hearts.

And, of course!, the Grinch...the ultimate holiday villain. At least until his heart grows in the end.

    Thanks for stopping by mine!
