Well I actually went to a book signing. My first one I was excited it was in Southlake about 30 minutes from where I live. Never the less I found it with the help of my GPS. I went with my mom (I made her go) we got there maybe 20 minutes before it started, and there were quite a few people already there. Rachel was already talking about stuff. I just kind of sat down and listened. It was really cool to hear her talk about the books and just things in general. At 2pm is when it started though, she went on to tell us about herself and other books she had written. I really did find it fascinating. Maybe I'm just weird like that. Then she let us ask question. I din't ask any, but I was just happy to be there. :) Then she read a little from her new book Ghost Town (Morganville Vampire series #9) She said she contracted for 12 books in that series. A new book every 3 months I believe. I think I would go nuts. Then was the signing I got three signed, and her husband was with her and he drew in the back of one, a tiger (which I think is cool because I love tigers and big cats). Then I got a picture with her. I'm telling you I'm still thrilled. LOL
She seems like a very down to earth, sweet person, and was pretty funny at times. Every once in awhile her husband would add in stuff. Ya'll were awesome! I'm glad I got to go.
I wish I could bought a few others for her to sign that way I could have made a giveaway, but sadly I don't have much money and I spent 45 dollars there like it was (I had to get my Misguided Angels book)
