I honestly don't think I would. They turned my fave book into a movie, and it didn't do to well. Although, I wasn't disappointed with it. I think it could have been so much better. It could also be that it was just first movie syndrome, and it was more info dump then necessary. Vampie Academy really does have that potential to be an awesome movie (maybe even tv mini series) if done right. Going the way of mean girls (it was the directors that directed Mean girls) just sucked the life (pun not intended) out of it.
I can't really think of a movie that fully lived up to my expectations, based on the book. But I still look forward to movies from my favorite books. I'm sure I'll always be disappointed to some extent though.
