I've been on a booktube (youtube) for a few years now, but just the past year or so I really started to utilize it. The pages below show you a few of the groups of videos I have on my channel that I will post on my site as well.
It has been a long time since I have done one of these, but I really want to get back into posting on my site. What better way than a hop.
What is the book blogger hop?
The Book Blogger Hop was originally created by Jennifer @ Crazy-For-Books in March 2010 and ended on December 31, 2012. With Jennifer's permission, Coffee Adddicted Writer relaunched the hop on February 15, 2013. Each week the hop will start on a Friday and end the following Thursday. There will be a weekly prompt featuring a book related question. The hop's purpose is to give bloggers a chance to follow other blogs, learn about new books, befriend other bloggers, and receive new followers to your own blog.
Question
Do you take notes about the book you are reading as you read? (submitted by Elizabeth @ Silver's Reviews)
I usually take notes if something really hits home with me, or if it's a book I just love to pieces.
I use to take notes actually inside of my books like full on drawing a line with a pencil under the parts I like. Others I would write in a small notebook I had for that particular book. My Kindle you can just highlight parts that you like. Now I have found stickys that I'll stick next to the side of the quote of something I like if that makes any sense.
My Kindle note taking
This is how I take notes now.
(Those books are Legendary, ACOMAF, ACOWAR, Wildcard)

Question
Do you subscribe to any book subscription boxes? (submitted by Billy @ Coffee Addicted Writer)
I love book boxes! If I could subscribe to them all I probably would, but I don't have money for that so I subscribe to a few.
The two I have been subscribed to since they were little boxes are Owlcrate and Uppercase. I occasionally will buy another one if the theme is something I like or the fandoms in the boxes are something I like. I always try and do unboxing on my youtube channel for them all, and will also try and put them on my site with pictures. Below are the links to my pages for the boxes.
Fairyloot- This comes from the UK so it's a bit more expensive, but I always love the unboxing I watch for them and the one box I did buy, I loved everything in it.
Cushycrate- This one I believe comes from Canada and again it's a bit more money.
Nerdybox- This one doesn't come with a book, but it's based on themes and comes with a bunch of merchandise: art prints, shirt, bookmarks. The one box I got was Sarah J. Maas and loved it. They have a few others I want to get but we'll see.
Litcube- I subscribed to them for some time, and really enjoyed it until I had to get rid of one. I don't think they are litcube anymore, but some other name.
Unicorncrate- is one other I had gotten and really enjoyed.
I really want to try all that I can find, and do a this box vs that box type thing. There are soooo many boxes out now though. If you have any questions about the ones I listed let me know. If you have a box you want me to try let me know I would love too check it out and do an unboxing. :)
