Readathon: Bout of Books: One True Pairing Challenge

The Bout of Books read-a-thon is organized by Amanda @ On a Book Bender and Kelly @ Reading the Paranormal. It is a week long read-a-thon that begins 12:01am Monday, August 18th and runs through Sunday, August 24th in whatever time zone you are in. Bout of Books is low-pressure, and the only reading competition is between you and your usual number of books read in a week. "A person's OTP is the couple that they love the most and ship the hardest.  This is regardless of gender and whether or not the couple is actually canon.  In fact, some of the most popular pairings are those that aren't actually together in their story.  Which is beyond frustrating, am I right?  (Drarry!)
For this challenge, I want to hear all about your favorite literary OTP.  Tell me why you ship them.  Tell me how perfect they are for each other.  Vent about how frustrating it is that the author paired them with other people.  Give me proof about why they are actually canon, but nobody knows.  I want to hear it all."

My OTP is Rose and Dimitri

If you've read the series then you know it worked out beautifully, and for that I'm so thrilled. The chemistry between these two from book one was evident. They're both strong-willed and would die for anyone (mainly each other). They would go to earths ends for each other, and even when Dimitri turned strigoi Rose wouldn't give up on him, and I don't think you could find love like this.
